When the 25 year lease came to an end for unit 7 at the Wheelbarrow Park Industrial Estate with the Royal Opera House it was great news that an existing customer immediately required the building for major expansion purposes. Produce Packaging Ltd a division of Hutchinsons took on the building to further expand its packaging and chemical storage facilities in Kent. After extensive alterations to meet our customers needs the building has been finished, along with a new perimeter fence being installed.
