Wares Farm Industrial Estate Major Growth. 

The work on the new 9,000 square foot industrial building being constructed at Wares Farm, Linton is now complete. The construction phase went well despite the poor weather conditions at the beginning of the year.The project was completed on time with the tenants moving in during the last week of April. 

The building has been constructed due to a requirement for more space from Berry Gardens, one of our existing customers at Wares Farm. The works are part of a larger project of improvements on the site that includes internal road widening, the provision of additional yard space, and the construction of a landscaped bund to reduce the visual impact of the site from the surrounding countryside.
