Kemsley Progresses
All Going Well at the New Transport & Distribution Site
Work is continuing on the new site at Kemsley, from the last report when the steel work
had just started to be erected to the present day where you can visualise the end product.

The various contractors are working hard to meet our December deadline, the external cladder’s have almost finished, the chippies have studded the internal walls, the electricians & plumbers have completed the first fix work, the plasterboard & plastering are underway, a hive of activity on a daily basis at the moment.
The perimeter fencing and the site access gate have all been installed securing the site, the lighting and CCTV columns have been installed and the electricians are running the perimeter cables.
The large area which will be used for lorry parking has been tarmaced with the trailer landing leg strips in place. All of the site drainage has been completed.
There is a great strive to complete the remaining outside works so the car park and around the building area can be tarmaced in the very near future.
The first picture attached shows a general view of the office looking down towards the warehouse, loading canopy and the service bay. The second picture shows the ground floor from the traffic office area before the internal stud work was installed. The third picture shows the first floor open
plan office area which can be partitioned in the future as required.
