Quality of Service Prevails!
During March, we sent out 100 Customer Service Questionnaires to our clients, asking for their feedback on our performance. Clients were asked to score us on a scale of 1 – 5, with 5 being the very best.
Overall, the results were very positive, with us scoring highly across all categories.
Most notable were the following categories;
· General Telephone Manner – 91%
· Customer Collection Arrangements – 88%
· All Round delivery performance – 88%
· Ease of Use – 85%
· Appearance of Vehicles – 91%
Clients were also asked to feedback any requests or service enhancements that they would like us to consider as part of our continious improvement program.
